As a first time home buyer, I didn’t really know what I was getting into. Luckily my wife and I had a friend who recommended Seth to us. We had a number of constraints to our house search (and we even ended up changing those) yet Seth was very adept at finding us homes that fit them and some that came close to fitting them (which led us to the home we ended up buying) almost daily. Being first time home buyers we had a lot of questions, but Seth was patient, thorough, very informative, and most importantly: truthful with all of his answers. Seth never tried to talk us into anything we weren't interested in, I especially respected his candor when we found something we didn't like about the homes we saw, he was always ready to move on and find the next home if we weren't interested in what he was showing us. He even pointed things out to us we didn't notice. Seth was so patient with us, showing my wife a house in the evening, then me the same house in the morning, he was willing to work around our schedules, and showed us both the same houses multiple times. We really appreciated his flexibility. Now I know that it’s generally not a good idea to use a home inspector your real estate agent recommends, but we didn't know who to use and asked him if he had any recommendations for us. He did, and after vetting the inspector we decided to use him. That inspector ended up finding us a potentially expensive plumbing issue in the home. And Seth played a big role in negotiating the seller replacing ALL of the plumbing in the house (Amongst other things) before we moved in. The negotiations for our house took some time, and there was a lot of back-and-forth, but Seth made it all very prompt and straight forward. And most importantly he was always on our side. Bottom line: if you are looking for an agent who will be positive, honest, knowledgeable, patient, and be incredibly flexible with his time, basically make the whole home buying process as smooth and painless as possible, Seth is your man.
