horrible!!!! Do not use this company. Messy work and then they will block your phone number. They don't stand behind their work at all!! when I told him about a problem he told me to google it and fix it myself after I paid almost $700 for them to install a sink.

Horribly. If anyone in Idaho ever needs any plumbing work, appliance installs, etc. Do NOT call Boise Plumbing and Drain!!!! My mother recently ordered a new dishwasher before Thanksgiving. Said dishwasher was delivered and Boise Plumbing and Drain was assigned to install it. They did. Days later we notice bubbling in between the laminate floors planks, moist to the touch. It got bigger and more showed up. We crawled beneath the house via the crawlspace and saw a small drip coming from directly beneath the affected floorboards. We call them back to see if they can find the source and they come out. They determine that the pump to the new dishwasher was defective and that caused the leak. They turn off water and we make arrangements for that dishwasher to be picked up and for the floors to be fixed, as the owner offers to help with claim to have the cost of floor covered since it was no fault of ours. We part ways happily and feel like things were handled really well. Post Thanksgiving: We try to get a hold of them, as agreed and suddenly the tone has changed. They tell us we have to do all the heavy lifting for the claim, which we can't complete without their report of their findings being submitted. Once it reaches this point, suddenly the entire team and owner cannot be reached.....by anyone. Fast forward to 5 weeks later (plenty of time for mildew and mold to start beneath the floor), still working with the claims adjuster (waiting on their report) and having a separate leak detection company come to make sure we weren't missing a problem that wasn't already there. In addition, hiring another company to deeply examine the crawlspace to eliminate the possibility of other issues. All agreed the only leak was from the dishwasher or a corresponding hose. Having gone as far as we could with the claim without their cooperation, I took one last stab and left a message with them notifying them of the issue still standing and letting them know that if they didnt pull through, we would have to take legal action on our own. Magically, 20 mins later they respond with a story that everyone phone had been lost or stolen and the report would be given to the claims adjuster. They agreed to make the report BEFORE removing the dishwasher in question. Plumber comes out while the crawlspace company is present, disconnects the old dishwasher. He begins to carry it outside and the report is asked for, as per the agreement. He says he doesnt have it but promises to get it. We asked the other professionals to stand witness to what is being said and done, given the track record of balls being dropped. They agree happily, noting the shotty workmanship customer service. He says everything is handled and leaves. The claims adjuster reviews their report and determines that the hose that caused the water damage was supplied and installed by the plumbers alone and was not a part of the dishwasher sold to us, putting responsibilty on Boise Plumbing and Drain...who of course denied that being the case. Unbeknownst to us at that time, he had forgotten to cap the opening for the hose near the disposal. Last night we open the cabinet under the sink to find water pooled. We wipe it up and try to find the source, eventually attributing it to perhaps an accidental drain during the removal process and shrug it off. Then tonight we find more of the same (further contributing to the original issue) and figured out the opening and what had been missed. We take pictures and send them to the team stating it needed to be handled immediately, especially since things were handled so poorly. They respond with "You can use the other side of the sink. I have to look at my schedule, but Monday sometime. Do whatever you need to do" So disappointed. Save yourself the trouble, money and the damage. What a nightmare.

Home Depot contracted this company to install my dishwasher. They were unable to install on delivery day due to being floored in, but the technician said if we could remove the floorboard that was in the way that evening, they would install the dishwasher the next day. So we did remove the floorboard and let the technician know per his request, but the next day, no word from the company. I called and left a message to inquire when the installation window would be. Around noon I called Home Depot and was told the company had not resubmitted a work order for the install. After several attempts, Home Depot was able to get in touch with the company around 2:30 p.m. and they said I was still on the list for that day and they would get in touch with me. They never called and never showed up to install the dishwasher. This company is dishonest and unprofessional.

We bought a dishwasher (and every other kitchen appliance) from Home Depot. Home Depot's delivery service totally failed today but John was awesome. He was here early, had everything prepped and ready. Unfortunately, the dishwasher never arrived from Home Depot. John was the only one who kept us in the loop and cared about our service. I highly recommend this family owned business!

Called provider and scheduled a home visit within 2 days. Had to provide a picture of the valve which required me to remove a handle and faceplate. Arrived when schedules and completed the replacement is about 15 minutes. No mess, no fuss. Professional. Would use services again.

They scheduled me a week out and did a fantastic job. The sink was installed flawlessly and my kitchen was left clean and they even hauled away the old sink and faucet. It was a costly job, but well worth it. I am VERY happy with the end result and would recommend them to a friend. I will definitely call them for my next major plumbing upgrade!
Description of Work: I purchased a new kitchen sink and faucet to replace my old sink and faucet and, normally, I would have replaced it myself, but I have a broken finger and a lack of patience and I wanted my beautiful new upgrade installed ASAP! I am a bit of a perfectionist and read reviews of plumbers very carefully. I called Boise Plumbing after reading many of the great reviews they got here.

I couldn't have asked for more from these guys. I called around trying to get a price on different water heaters. These guys made it simple. They said they would come over for free discuss the different possibilities we could do etc. also was able to ask a ton of different questions i had. Was able to put the system in the very next day after we agreed on price. Such friendly service.

We had boise Plumbing install a new water heater at our house, and the company is all about quality and substance. The Bradford-White heaters they install are supposedly the Porsches among water heaters, the work was done as advertised and with readily apparent expertise, and a minor follow-up call was answered by the installer showing up within 30 minutes of my call on a Friday night and knowing precisely what to do to take care of the issue within 10 minutes. As a homeowner, I've had my share of frustrating experiences with contractors who talk plenty of talk but walk preciously little walk. Boise plumbing was a lucky choice and I know who to call with plumbing needs in the future. While they may not be as cheap as Sears or Home Depot, I stick to the motto and quot; We're too poor to buy cheap stuff.and quot; Quality equipment and work are a meaningful and worthwhile investment and boise Plumbing drain is a great company to invest in.

We had a toilet back up that simple plunging and snaking would not fix. We did some searching and found boise plumbing and drain. Highly recommended. They came very quickly and were very professional. They let us know if they could not fix the problem they would not charge for the service. (Which I believe is great customer service, one that many other businesses would not provide.) If I ever need plumbing services again, i will most definitely go with these guys.
