We used this inspection company for our new home. We had several misunderstanding and they returned our money and Danny called me to follow up and make sure we all got into an agreement. For what I understand, there was a lot of miscommunication and blaming game between all the parts. We are glad the problem has been taken care of and Danny has offered any help for us if needed. I would like to apologize to them and Mr. Bayley about how mad I was with them. Danny seems to be very knowledgeable about home inspections and their reviews seem to be great. I just wish things had worked better during our purchase and we had better communication to avoid misunderstanding. Thank you Brian and Danny for being professional and following up with us regarding the services that we were unhappy about.
Description of Work: The normal inspection of a new house. Initially, they seemed to be very professional and knew what they were doing. They noted details that we had never thought about. We were happy with that.
