The breaker and outlet change went okay but I thought the price was a bit high given the wiring was done and I think it took some where between 45 minutes and an hour. (175$) The message about the RV bay did not get through and the guy doing the service did not bring a ladder. So the requested job could not be completed. Perhaps I was too nice and did not push to get the job finished. My expectation is that when I explicitly requested work requiring a ladder, and told them how high the bay was, and that the person making the appointment said that they would bring the right equipment. That they would have passed the message along. I did get a call asking how my service went and I mentioned that it did not go as well as I expected. They apologized and said they would get back with me and I did get a voice mail asking me to call them back, but by that time I had made other arrangements to get the job done. ( it was not worth me having to stay home again to meet them )
