The work was done on time, it was organized and the finished driveway looks great.

Initially things went well. Zac showed up on time for the estimate & quoted us a price of $1650 which we felt was fair. We agreed to a 20% deposit & with the goal of doing the work when the weather allowed. 3 weeks later I emailed Zac to set up payment for the deposit & look at color/pattern samples. He replied that he would send us the paper work the next day. That didn't happen. So I emailed him again inquiring as to where to send the payment for the deposit. He emailed back to tell us that he was now too busy & overbooked to do our small project. So now we have to start the process all over & because most of the other Boise concrete companies are so busy it may be 4-6 months before we can get this project done.

From the time I asked them to meet for the the initial quote of the patio I wanted done, their professionalism was evident. They were very responsive, and when problems arose (as they do in construction or remodeling), they were upfront with the challenges, and got the job done-and done well. I am extremely happy with my new patio! It was done when they said it would be, and Brandon made sure to explain to me the whole process. They truly exceeded my expectations, and were amazing to work with. I have no reservations in recommending them to anyone needing concrete work. I will be needing my older concrete walkway to be redone soon, and I will be sure to use these guys again!
