Do NOT use this company. I contacted them because of a promotion on Amazon.com. They promised two hour of homecleaning for $30.00 - a $60.00 value. I purchased their services through Amazon.com and received a voucher for their services. After repeated attempts to contact them I was finally able to schedule an appointment for three weeks later. They never showed on the appointed day. I left multiple messages on their answering amchine in an attempt the reschedule. They never returned my calls. Fortunately, I was able to get a full refund from Amazon.com. I must have called them ten times but I never got anything but the answering machine. Definately a firm to avoid.

It didn't go at all. They never showed up!

We purchased a voucher through amazonlocal for two hours of housecleaning for $30. A date was set for a deep cleaning and a date for the two hour cleaning. I emailed the business the list of cleaning tasks for the deep cleaning estimate. An estimate was never received. The company said I did not send the list. I did send the list and then resent it. I cancelled the deep cleaning since no estimate was received. The company changed the original date for the 2 hour cleaning. On the day of the rescheduled cleaning, no one showed up and no call was made to us. We had to contact the company. They would not answer phone calls, but did respond to my email. They offered to clean anytime we wanted. A date was set. The owner was going to do the cleaning. He called when he arrived at the major cross street for further directions. Our phone line was busy for a short time. We called him back immediately 5 times with no response. We were sent an email stating that he could not wait and that we had not called him back. We have emailed the company and have not received a response. I'm sure the company would have another point of view. At any rate, we were very disappointed. We were hoping that this company might become our regular housecleaners. My initial contact had been positive. We contacted amazonlocal. Our money is being refunded.
