Rod replaced a burned out pump the first part of Oct, 2010. I thought he did an ok job. His price was good and he showed up when he said he would. I hired him to blow the lines out and prepare the pump for winter early to mid Nov, 2011 I hired him again to turn the water on and get the sprinkler system going in late May, 2011. My early June, 2011, my pump quit working. The pump had only 6 weeks use. Rod was called and he came and took a look but couldn't find a problem. I wanted to know what warranty was on the pump and he said he had given me the warranty material. I did not recall he had done that and I looked all over for the warranty. I asked him to also look and see if he may have kept the warranty. He never returned my call. I called him at least 3 to 4 more times and he would not call me back. As it was, I think the pump burned out again due to water being turned off at the neightbor's valve which controls my properties water too and the warranty would have been useless anyway. However, I am grading him low because of his nonresponsiveness to his customers and not standing behind his work or product.
