Blakeley Building Inspections has been in the Treasure Valley for more than 13 years. We are a family owned and operated company. We assist home buyers and home owners alike in finding out reliable and actionable information about the home. We make the home buying or selling process easier by giving our clients the information they need to make sound decisions. We have five InterNACHI certified inspectors and are able to provide immediate response to your needs. Our detailed written report is provided at the time of inspection. We also provide a digital copy of the report for clients who want added flexibility.

He seemed to know exactly what he was doing, and was very professional, and was early for our appointment. He cleaned up after himself and walked me through what he was looking at. He explained everything to me so that I also knew what he was doing. After everything was said and done, he sat down with me and gave me a binder full of home information and his detailed report on what he found. He also emailed my realtor and myself with the report.
Description of Work: The inspection was for a new-never lived in home and he checked everything from the roof, to the crawl space, to all the plumbing, smoke alarms, appliances, and foundation.
