Avoid this place at all cost!! They will send you to collections without sending a bill. For work that wasn’t even performed!! I used them for about 1 year with no problems until I went to cancel. I cancelled a seasonal service and the guy showed up and I again told him I didn’t want the service. All fine. 3 years later I get a debt from a collection agency for $95….! The same day I receive a text reminder from Best Pest that a bill is owed..If this affects my credit a lawsuit will be following.

I was attracted to Best because of positive online reviews in addition to Angie's List. I liked the idea of a family owned company, as well. However, I tried calling the provided number and it just kept ringing. There was no voice mail. Then I tried messaging via Angie's List site. No response to that message either, from 6 days ago. I have just arranged for another company to come later this week to service my home. It's disappointing that Best didn't respond. I'd like to encourage them to correct this problem in the future.

We have been using Best Pest Control for over 5 years. Unlike other companies they only need to come out once a year and they don?t make you sign a contract or force you into a quarterly service. This company and the owner are extremely honest, ethical, and dedicated to pest control. The get rid of the problem pests the first time they spray, and the spray is safe to use around pets. We have a bird, fish, 2 cats, and four dogs so pet friendly pest control is extremely important to us. We will never use another company after using Best Pest Control because they are affordable, professional, and offer the best pest control results in the Treasure Valley.
Description of Work: They sprayed the inside and outside of our house for bugs. They even told us that we didn't need to spray inside the house every year. So this year we are only going to have the outside of the house sprayed.
