My experience with them was really positive. I worked with the guy before and he does good work. He's a little pricier than some. He's not going to come in the lowest, but he's not the highest either. He wasn't available for about a month which obviously did not meet my timeline. He's a good guy and has been around a long time. He actually gave me a good idea on my landscaping that I actually used.

Neal Warren, owner, came to the house to give me a free estimate for installing a new sprinkler system in the front and back yards of my 0.25 acre lot. He gave me a detailed explanation of the type of system he recommended, the products and brand names that would be used, and why he chose to use those products. He said I would find that his bid would probably be higher than other companies, but he explained why: that the products he uses are high quality and that they would probably never give me any trouble. As we walked around my yard, he even gave me free advice about my yard and lawn and offered some landscaping ideas. When installation day came, he brought two workers with him. All were punctual, polite, and professional. They completed the work on both the front and back yards within a day (or two?). Neal thoroughly explained the system and drew a diagram to note zones and sprinkler heads. He explained how to program the timer and then programmed it for me. I have since re-programmed it and found it easy to do. My lawn has never looked better. I have no dry spots and no high spots where grass is overwatered. What Neal designed is perfect for my pie-shaped, curved yard. As an added bonus, in early autumn Neal mailed an offer to blow out the system at a reduced rate if paid early. I appreciated the reminder that this needed to be done and felt the price was fair, so I took advantage of the offer. A couple of workers arrived in late October and completed the task. I will continue to take advantage of this every year.
