Description of Work: Found the socket that was over heating causing half my house to lose power. He explained as he worked so i understood.

+ -1 moreThey are fabulous guys. Every single guy that came here and worked was just spectacular and very nice. They were excellent. We were very happy with everything they did. Any time I saw something that I thought wasn’t quite what I wanted, they were right on top of it. They were willing to change things. They were just completely workable. They were always asking me questions and they had suggestions that I am so happy they made because it was better than what I thought because they are the experts. They did very quality work. I could have probably had it done for less but everything they have done is very polished and perfect. They were always here when they said they were going to be here.
Description of Work: They did all the wiring and electrical in our home.

+ -1 moreThey did a competent job and were responsive and prompt. However, they did not ask the homeowners enough questions about outlet and lighting placement. I would have chosen to place many of the fixtures lower if I had had an opportunity to weigh in. In fairness to B&B, our contractor is very demanding and expects his subs to move quickly so I think they were responding to his management style.
Description of Work: B& B is the electrical contractor for our general contractor and completely rewired our home in a down to the studs remodel.

+ -1 moreWhile I am fairly handy for most home repairs, electrical issues I normally leave to the professionals. With the advice and instructions I received over the phone from B&B, even I was able to make the necessary repairs to solve my problem. I am sure I saved $200 or more in service call and repair costs. If ever I have need for professional electrical help that entails a service call, I know exactly who I will be contacting.
Description of Work: I was having issues with a Ground Fault Interrupter in my garage and needed repair help. I called B&B late in the day on a Friday, to arrange for an appointment and got something even better and saved me a service call. The gentleman told me that he could come out to fix my problem but said he would just tell me what my problem was and save me the cost. After explaining the problem I was having, he lead me to the root cause of this problem and instructed me how to proceed with the repair. I followed his advice, found the source of my problem, made the repair and have not had any further issues. I wish I could recall the gentleman's name but he was very friendly, professional and the quality of his advice was outstanding.
