Description of Work: Replaced windows in entire house. Staff were professional, efficient, and courteous. They kept a very clean work area and were very careful to avoid any damage to the house. They took the time to double check measurements before removing existing windows. Two windows had to be reordered to get the dimensions correct.

Description of Work: Atkinson's provided and installed wood windows through our contractor as part of a residence remodel.

Description of Work: We were expecting them to come out and measure for the final cut. They informed us our sales rep no longer worked there and our bid was placed last. Too late for a deadline, we called Ashley Glass. Outstanding results.

Description of Work: I set up an appt. with Atkinson's Mirror and Glass in order to receive an estimate for a window that needs replacing. On the day of the appt. Paul called early in the morning and left a message asking if he could come by earlier than scheduled since he would be in the neighborhood. I was at work and was unable to return his call. I intentionally set up the appt. later in the afternoon because my husband works nights. So what does this guy do, he shows up early anyways and disturbs my poor husband. There is a reason people make appoints for when they do. Since I did not return his call he should have assumed the original appt. time was appropriate. My husband stated that he did not seem to be as knowledgeable as another estimator. His quote was also higher so we will not be using their services.

Description of Work: Two workers came on the days agreed upon. They worked together on one window at a time. When I had questions, they took the time to give me answers. They told me the job would be completed in two days. It was. The only glitch was a smudge in between the double panes in one of the windows installed. The men told me that they would have to reorder it and come back to correct that problem. The estimator who arranged all the paperwork called me to explain that the new window would take approximately 2 weeks to arrive from Washington. We will set a date to complete the job as soon as the window arrives in Boise. The estimator was right on when he said the job would be done by Oct. 31st week. It would have been except for the one window. (This concern is about any worker walking into homes with their work shoes. Fortunately for me, it wasn't raining at the time they worked inside and outside my home. My grandchildren sometimes forgot to remove their shoes and that left dirty marks on my almost white carpets. I don't wear shoes in my home as there can be all sorts of unwanted germs, etc. under the soles of shoes. Would it be possible to have shoe protectors to wear when inside the home. I believe other homeowners would appreciate that practice, too.)
