Description of Work: Michael with Anytime Lock & Key was the technician who responded to my service call. Our keys were sticking when we tried to remove them from our front door lock and I was afraid one would break off. Michael removed the lock, cleaned and adjusted it then reinstalled it. With minor adjustments to the strike plate, the lock worked like new and we did not have to worry about matching the weathered finish with a new shiny one. While he was here, he adjusted the strike plate on our bedroom door to the patio and also fixed a door that did not close easily in our dining room. He was professional, neat, quick and the charge was very reasonable. We will call them again when we need service. Michael was amazing!

Description of Work: the man came to our house to fix a door that we could not unlock with a key. it took him very little time to repair it and rekeyed several keys to work in the door since the house is on the market. the people who installed the door in the first place could not fix it. this was very reasonable in cost and the gentleman was very helpful. |

+ -1 moreThings went well from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the technician was punctual, friendly (despite being called in from vacation to cover for a sick co-worker), tidy and efficient. The job took less time than I anticipated and the locks work better than they did when they were new. (In fact, the technician fixed our builder's incorrect installation of our front door lock .) We're very satisfied.

Description of Work: We had a bathroom door lock and it takes a regular doorkey to unlock it. We didn't have a key for it so I called Anytime Lock and Key. He was here within 15 minutes of the call and had it opened and a key made within 15 minutes of arriving.
