ANYTHING WIRELESS

The initial sale and installation by Anything Wireless was OK. I was required to used them per the apartment complex regulations. The reinstall due to my moving into a new home was handled by Dish directly and went smoothly. I had a two year contract that had 8 months remaining. As my two year contract was ending soon, I received a call from Mike Dalog, the Anything Wireless sales rep. He lied to by telling me my monthly cost of my Dish subscription was going to increase by almost $30.00 and recommended my changing to Direct TV. This would would cost slightly more over the two year contract but $97.00 sounded allot better than $720.00, so I said yes and he scheduled the work for the next day. Even though my service for Dish had been disconnected that evening, in preparation for the installation the next day, I found out 2 ½ weeks later that my Dish service hadn’t been cancelled. I contacted Dish myself to see why and to cancel. I found out from Dish subscription was NOT increasing and that I could actually lower my cost….what a lovely surprise. I spent the next three weeks and many phone calls (so many I don’t wish to remember!) trying to undo the mess. I am now back with Dish (the service I prefer) with no big fees incurred from them and no horribly high early cancellation fees from Direct. NO thanks to Mike Dalog, as I received no helpful assistance in undoing this mess. Shame on Anything Wireless for promoting sales commissions over good solid customer service.
