Description of Work: The service person came to the house on November 18 to pick up the clock parts for my grandfather clock. I gave him a $50 deposit. He took the parts to his shop to do the repairs and told me it would be a week to 10 days to complete the work. After a couple of follow-up phone calls he brought the parts to the house on December 12 to install them and ensure the clock was working. He spent 1 1/2 hours working on the clock. I gave him a check for the balance due on the work. When he left the house he said the clock was working. When I checked on the clock about half an hour later I found that it had only worked for two minutes. I called him that evening to let him know the clock stopped.
