I highly recommend All Trade Construction, which I found here on Angie's List. Bob is the contractor for All Trade, and he was excellent and thorough from start to finish. He built a new detached two-car garage to match the style of our 1950s mini ranch house. He put the time in to give us an accurate estimate for his bid--i.e. like calling the plumbers who replaced our main sewer line to see if the garage project would require moving its location and thus unforeseen extra $$$. And the time he put into the estimate paid off because his bid was quite competitive compared to some of the others we received (which ranged from $20,000-$40,000 in the winter of 2019). This thoroughness of Bob's also meant that the project had few, unexpected additional costs. Once we had the contract signed and the permit ready, Bob scheduled his sub contractors promptly, and then entire garage was done within a few weeks. Basically, Bob ran a tight ship, and throughout the process he communicated what was happening and when it would happen--like deliveries or sub contractors showing up and when. He was also at the job site, practically daily, inspecting the work. Then at the end of the process, Bob cleaned up the job site himself and raked out the gravel around the concrete slab's driveway / apron to make it more tidy. One last relevant detail: after the job was complete and paid for, I painted the exterior to save costs, and in the process, I noticed a bowed stud causing a bump in the wall. I asked Bob about it, and he said that he would make sure it was fixed. I didn't have high expectations, given that his framers were so busy with summer construction season underway. But within a few weeks, Bob himself came back and fixed the bad stud.... That's the kind of work Bob did: detailed and honest. Thank you, Bob, for a great new garage!

Bob was great - honest, responsive, fast, and competitively priced. He has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in his work. He is a straight shooter, no BS - we appreciated his directness when discussing details and adding/removing items from scope of work. There were no surprises or big bills at the end. Overall, he was very easy to work with and delivered everything promised within the agreed upon budget. The few hiccups that came up - he dealt with personally and handled fairly. We will definitely hire Bob again for the next remodeling project.

It was refreshing to work with someone who knows their business and takes genuine pride in the quality of the work they're doing - and that certainly describes Bob and the sub contractors he works with. Remodeling, or any kind of renovation, (whether big or small) can be very stressful- but having All Trade Construction as our contractor really helped alleviate the majority of our concerns and I will definitely be calling him for any future renovation or new building needs we may have.

I contacted Bob through the message center on Angie's List and he immediately wrote back so we could visit about the project. He came to my house to see the dog kennel and gave me an estimate on the spot. He and his son returned on our agreed upon day and they completed the roof in one day for less money than his estimate! The job was done well and is fulfilling the purpose for the project. Both Bob and his son were personable, professional and very competent. One of Bob's strengths is his customer service. He was on time and honest. He was respectful of my home and yard and cleaned up after his work was done. I highly recommend Bob and will use his business again without hesitation.

I enjoyed working with All Trade Construction. Because of my satisfaction with their work, I have referred them to other clients as well. All Trade was the first company to call me back in regard to my project (and the only company to call within 24 hours). Bob provided a very fair estimate for the work that was lower than we were expecting. We had a kitchen island cabinet that matched our other cabinetry that was on wheels. We wanted All Trade Construction to extended the island 10in by adding a 10in book shelf to match the existing cabinetry. We also wanted the wheels to be removed and secured to the floor and to have an outlet added. We were on a time crunch for the work to be completed because of our scheduled countertop installation. When other contractors told us it would take several weeks, Bob was able to get it done for us in the time we requested, . The extension of the cabinet was beautiful and matched very well with our existing cabinetry. The only reason I gave All Trade a 4.5 on this project instead of a 5 is because the finish on the sides of the cabinet was a bit rough. I know this was because our time crunch had not allowed Bob to finish the cabinet as he would have liked to. After it was installed, we took a bit of steel wool to the sides of it to smooth it out a little and added one more coat of polyurethane. I am sure this is something Bob would have done if he had more time before installing. Or, I am certain he would have come back out to do after the install if we had asked. But, it was something simple we could do ourselves, so we didn't ask. We were very pleased with the finished product especially given the fair price we were charged for it.

It went pretty awesome! He was on time and professional. We thot we were going to have to take out some cabinets as the new refrigerator was wider than the old side-by-side. It was a tight fit but he showed us that it was possible. He hooked everything up and we were good to go. It was a simple job and saved us money. We will use him again. I've got a list for him. :)

Bob is very knowledgeable and does a thorough job. He notices the small details and takes the extra time to make sure things are done correctly. He did a great job letting me know when something was being held up or when he was going to be out to continue the work. His bid was very reasonable and what made him stand out was the quality of the work. I will be hiring him again to do more work.

Bob responded quickly to my inquiry after I located him on Angie's List and then looked over his web site. He visited and provided an estimate within a day or two of the original contact and again responded quickly when I decided not to go with another bid, which was in the same price range. His estimate on when the door would arrive and be delivered was a close call. Bob and Matt showed up on time and completed the majority of the work in one day - the finishing touches were completed the next morning. He was neat and cleaned up as he worked. He tweaked the doors until they fit properly and insulated the edges. The finish trim looks better than it ever did before. He hauled away all the old stuff. On top of the good work, Bob was also a nice guy. He did good work and we'll hire him again when we need to expand the dining room next year.

Bob is a very experienced and competent professional. He gave me a reasonable bid on cutting a door into my dining room wall to open up an entrance to a new patio. He came upon unexpected challenges that he dealt with and found solutions for so that my project could be completed. I felt secure in knowing that he had 24 years experience in the construction trade and could handle any job. We created a list of projects to hire him for after his excellent service with the door!

He did a beautiful job on the kitchen. I just love it. He was prompt, arrived when he said he would. He was very professional. He took the time and care to keep the mess to a minimum. He did a fantastic job on the deck. Looks like it was built with the house. Everything matches and is seamless. I would highly recommend All Trade Construction, Inc. and will use them for all our future projects. Thanks Bob !!

All Trade Construction was responsible for all aspects of the design, structural engineering, construction and finish work. They were very punctual, courteous, met the completion schedule and constructed a high quality finished product. The trades involved were demolition, framing, roofing, siding, and painting.
