All Star Plumbing

When I called I stated I needed a kitchen faucet and additional faucet and water filter installed for my kitchen sink . Iin addition I needed two better hoses than presently installed. I was leaving town in approximately a wekk and a half and wanted to know if they could do the job before I left. They said yes and scheduled the following week on Tuesday. The faucets did not arrive and I called and the All Star Plumbing stated they had some emergencies and were backed up so postponing would be better for them also. I rescheduled for Thursday 8:30 am. They called Thursday morning and rescheduled for Friday at 8:30 and then called Friday morning and stated a plumber was out with kidney stones and they were backed up and needed to post pone it until after I returned. They would give me a 10% discount. and would do the job Monday, August 7th at 8:30 am. My daughter was present during this phone call and we confirmed that they scheduled me for Monday, August 7th 8:30 am. Monday, August 7th arrived and no one showed or called me. Later in the morning I called and asked why they did not show. The female answering the phone said I wasn't on the schedule and she would check and call me back. Another female called back to inform me she had forgotten to put me on the schedule and she apologized. I asked so when can you come? She answered the following week on Monday. After 3 weeks of no job being done and the repeated canceling and then not showing Monday with no call, I said no thanks I will find someone else. Therefore, I do not recommend All Star Plumbing. I did inform them that I would not be giving a good recommendation on Angles List or Better Business Bureau. I rated them a D for Professionalism because the two females I communicated with were very polite but I rated the company low for the lack of reliability which is major part of professionalism.
