): I had high hopes at the start. Then I had problems with my sprinklers. Mr. Gilbert checked the problem and told me I needed a new clock/timer/control box. He installed a new box, I paid him, and we continued on. However, I soon noticed that my yard was dying. I contacted the office and let them know my sprinklers were still not working correctly. Mr. Gilbert never called back, so I called another company to come out. They did, and the sprinklers worked for a short time. Then I noticed my yard was dying again. Finally my son came and re-programmed the box. My yard came back to life, but then my sprinklers started going off 3 times a day. Once again, I called Mr. Gilbert, as he was the one who purchased and installed the box. He never showed on the day we had an appointment. I called the office and they said, "He's sick today. He'll come tomorrow. He didn't actually show up for three or four more days. By then it was time to have the sprinkler's blown out, so I won't really know until next season if my new sprinkler box works!! As for the lawn service, the employees are abrupt, do an extremely sloppy job and rarely blow off patios, even though that was advertised as part of the service. This company deserves an "F" grade all the way around!!
