+ -1 moreMike came out exactly when he said he would. I showed him the problem, he asked me a few questions and fixed the problem in no time. He also cleaned the furnace and air conditioning unit. I have used him before for bigger jobs and he is always prompt and efficient. He is very knowledgeable and his prices are more than fair. I highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreI called him about 9:30 am after our tenant came to tell me she had a furnace problem. Mike arrived about 10:30. He was professional, gave excellent service, corrected the problem and gave proactive service - identifying and correcting minor things that would have become future problems if not addressed. He was also meticulous about cleaning up after himself. His rates were very reasonable, his service prompt, and I will call him the next time I need service.
Description of Work: Diagnosed & repaired a problem with the furnace in our rental unit. One of the filters had slipped out of place (perhaps caused by high winds?) resulting in a glob of dust falling on the heat exchanger & burning there. Also found a wire with the insulation almost warn through that was a future problem in the making. He corrected that, saving us another service call down the road.

+ -1 moreI have known of four people who have had work done by him. Every one of us have had a good experience. The work was done well, and for cheap! He is very efficient and affordable. He does very good work, we were pleased he didn't try to sell us anything and was very honest. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Our A/C wasn't working, the fan was constantly running and our house was hot. We called Airwise after a referral from a friend. He came and checked it out and replaced the filter and told us where to find the filter. He only charged us $3 for the filter.
