energy audit
+ -1 moreEverything went fine. There was no damage or mess. They even did a few extra things like checking the dryer venting and set up the dryer better than it was when we moved in. They were well spoken and answered my questions in a straightforward manner. When all was done, he even knocked about 15% off the original estimate so I was happy all around.
Description of Work: First was the inspection that happened about two or three years ago. They were part of a program with the city of Boise who did an energy audit of the home and, if asked, would give an estimate of work that could be performed by them to resolve deficiencies. Part of that audit included replacing standard lightbulbs with fluorescent, replacing older shower heads with water savers and wrapping our water heater. At the time, we could not afford the work they recommended, but I kept the packet and when were were able, I gave him a call. We set a date and he came right on time and worked through until the jobs were done

+ -1 moreArrived on time, left early and returned the next day to finish. Was unable to schedule a return visit to complete the job.
Description of Work: Replaced duct board and installed new flex duct. Sealed all connections. DID not removed the materials. Was told they would come back to do other work but never did. Attempted to call but calls were never returned.
