Affordable Chimney

He sold me a wind cap. I paid him and it was suppose to arrive at my house in a couple of weeks then I was to call him and he would come and install it. After two months the cap still hadn't shown up. He gave me the run around so I asked for my money back plus I found out that he was charging me a ridiculous amount for the cap. He told me that he didn't have my money and was down on his luck. I'm sorry but I still want my money back. I threatened to go to the BBB and then he said that he would pay me when he could. I took me many phone calls and two months to get $195 of my money back. After that he stopped taking and returning my phone calls. The last conversation that I had with him he felt that he needed my money more than I did and felt no obligation to return it. He still owes me $145. He told me to sue him and told me that other people are. I have since seen several reviews about him and his company and everyone is complaining about how he has ripped them off. I don't know how this guy is still in business. He is a thief. I would not do any business with him and wished that I would have known before I called him out to my home.
