He did an outstanding job getting an elderly friend's carpet and furniture back to almost new appearance while in the hospital. Carpet needed a twice over and the results were very nice. He really knows his business.

Robert, the owner, at Advanced Carpet Tile & Upholstery Cleaning Service was punctual, prompt and professional. I thought my carpets were dark beige and now they are back to their original off-white. This was my first time using this company and I was very impressed by his work. In the past, I used another company to do my carpets and upholstery, but some spots remained stained. So I was skeptical of the value of doing it again, but Robert went above description of service to clean extra spots I was told is not cleanable. I am very satisfied with his thorough job and will hire him again for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

I was very pleased with my choice for carpet cleaning. I read the reviews on Angie's List and decided that Robert was a good fit for the work I needed done. I called and he came to the house quickly for an estimate. We set a date for the future and Robert came exactly on time. He was very professional and took great care to keep my wood floor from scratches. He even cleaned smaller entry and kitchen rugs at no charge. My carpets look amazing! I will definitely call him next year to keep my carpets looking new.

It was the best. I have never, ever seen better carpet cleaning. And Mr. Lipinski is a gentleman who provides great service. Shows up on time. Gives you a great price. And does the best work I have every seen. About a third less and much, much better than Zero Rez. About 10% less than Chem Dry truck mounted which I used to use, and better still. This is the only guy I will use now.

Robert was right on time for the appointment and did a very thorough job cleaning my carpets. Most other companies don't tend to the level of detail that Robert did, such as moving furniture to clean underneath and behind nightstands, couches, etc. He was very nice and pleasant to work with -- I'd definitely hire him again. He also does other things, such as tile and grout work and upholstery cleaning, which I plan to use in the near future. Great job!

Robert always comes when I need him, does a fabulous job every time, for a fair price, and is just a super nice guy. He is also very knowledgeable about options for dealing with th e impact of my peeing pets, and as a result I have been able to keep my carpet much longer than expected given its harsh treatment. Finally, Robert never, ever tries to upsell me to other services - in fact, he is always conscious of my limited budget and often makes suggestions to save me money. In July my mother passed away and I needed to clean out her townhouse and get it ready to sell. Due to her illness over the past couple of years, the carpet had not been kept up. Advanced Carpet came in and did an excellent job of cleaning the white carpet. They were very honest as to what would and would not come out. They were on time and did everything they said they would for the price quoted. I had an appointment so could not be there while they were at the townhouse cleaning the carpet but felt very comfortable having them lock up for me when they were done. I definitely would use them again.

Robert did an amazing job with our house, it was obvious from the start that he has been doing this for years and knew what he was doing. He arrived 5 minutes early to our house for the appointment and began setting up, we have a small child and he was very considerate to not make unnecessary noise while he was napping. He took his time and did the job right, our carpets have never looked better! He did a great job of explaining how to best allow the rugs that we had cleaned dry out and ensure they remained bright white. In a world where it's turn and burn, Robert stood out to us with the way he cared for our home while inside, he will be back many times as we have finally found someone we can trust and someone who's prices don't even come close to the level of service that we received.
