ADAM ROE PAINTING

Prompt response to our request for a bid. Worked with us on our tight time schedule and worked late and extra when we ran into unforeseen issues to keep us on schedule. The unforeseen issues were carpet removal that created a 12and quot; hole in the dry wall and an upstairs plumbing leak that ruined the ceiling sheetrock on the first floor. Neither issue had anything to do with the painters. The painters took quick action with the water leak and prevented serious damage.

They did a great job but they were kinda on the pricier side.

The property had many, many picture hanger holes on every wall of the unit (3 bed, 1000 sq/ ft). The crew removed all the hanging parifanillia and patched in such a manner I could no long tell where the holes had been. Initially the quote with the middle of three and I shared this with Arin so he reworked his numbers and was able to lower the bid, slightly, but that slight difference put me into a comfortable range above the low bid to choose Adam Roe Painting for presumed quality. I was not dissapointed, in the least! The work was of high quality and I would have them do my own home in a heart beat! Other then a slight miss-communication of staff of the start date and time the job went off without a hitch! Upon the final walk-through, Roger had one of the crew on hand for touch-ups, which I did not have any, but they, both Roger and crewmen found a few. Overall I am highly pleased with the attention to detail, high quality of work, high quality of staff/crew and Roger as project lead.
