+ -1 moreShowed up on schedule. Given condition of furnace, did not want to charge for the visit. I insisted that he at least take enough for the filters he left me and gas money. He was out in the spring and installed a part for less than half the quoted amount by the original installer (big name company). It is refreshing to receive quality customer service at a very reasonable price. Brad Knapton will only provide what you need, when you need it - what more can you ask for?
Description of Work: Came out for annual furnace tune-up, checked system, and recommended improvements to original installation (another provider that installed duct work incorrectly.
