Very professional and easy to work with

Just the overall treatment that I got was supurb. No complaint from me and fast service.

Customer service seemed a little unorganized but Technician was solid.

They have a problem arriving on time as management seems to over commit the work force. But once they are onsite, they do excellent workmanship, are VERY experienced, and use quality materials. The estimator came out and took pictures of the project on his iPad. Showed me options of garage doors to install from the catalog on his iPad. Then arranged a time for the install. One of the panels had damage obscured by the packing material. The installer took pictures of the damage on his iPad and made arrangements to have it replaced. A different installer came out to install the replacement panel. Again excellent workmanship and VERY experienced. When he finished the replacement he took pictures of the completed install documenting the work. The new garage door is much better than the old one and very quiet. The project was a very good value for the money.

Need time to see how the work holds up. Certainly the most well organized professional company with whom we have ever dealt.

They were very courteous and prompt with their service. I didn't really shop around for prices, so I don't know if they were reasonably priced or not. However, the guy that did the actual work on my garage door was awesome. He was very knowledgeable. He also took the time to show and explain to me what the problems were with my door...I would highly recommend this company.

Price started high, but came down to reasonable amount after we negotiated a lower price. Satisfied with service technician. Did a good job, was courteous and friendly.
