The company I need to install a new garage door needs to be able to pull a permit. I was told they don’t have the capability of pulling permits therefore cannot install garage doors.

The paper work for the financing took a little longer to get to the right department.

Joe was prompt, curtious, and explained what the issues were with our garage door. Finished repair, cleaned up the area. We would call A1 again for additional service.

The tech called when he was on his way and he was timely.

They were quick to come out to do a repair and ended up selling me a whole new door. Then they missed their original appointment and due to miscommunications had me waiting at home on the morning of the original appointment. Once installed the door looks and performs great.

Sloan had reprogrammed the logic board about 10 days earlier, and I happily paid the trip charge and hourly rate even though he was here for less than 10 minutes. The problem started recurring 7 days later. When I called A-1 regarding the recurring problem, Sloan was sent back out to install a new logic board. I paid for the board only, but no trip or labor charge for the return visit. Company's that stand behind their work are ones I prefer to work with.
