Description of Work: Jerry was clear on what was to be done and how he would perform the work. He finished ahead of time and on budget . |We were integrating concrete work Jerry was doing with the work of another contractor (landscape & paver install). Jerry's work was better than requested, the grades were dead-on. |The waterproofing of the house entrance (an issue "fixed" (not correctly) by another concrete contractor) was done way very well... NO LEAKS | |I have observed his work on 2 other jobs in our neighborhood (sewer replacement and another outside construction and concrete job). Both were done with excellent workmanship.

Description of Work: My basement got flooded. They came in, worked with my insurance company, did a great job in a timely manner and now my basement is better than it was before. I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: I have used Jerry for more than 6 years. I have learned it is better to wait until he has time than go with someone else. Jerry has rehabbed dozens of homes for me, and recently remodeled my home. There isn't anything I wouldn't ask him to do and trust him to do an great job with. He's moved walls and staircases for me. He's done egress windows and all sorts of concrete. He's great with tile, Sheetrock, and woodworking. One thing he doesn't like to do is paint, but he will do it if you say "Please". He's Awsome.
