Regal Mountain's Jared and crew did a great job on the replacement of our old deck and stairs. Jared came right away to check out the project and give us an estimate on cost and time frame. He brought samples of options for materials, etc. Jared was professional and kindly explained all of the details of the project. Despite dealing with Winter weather, our vacation and a tree falling on another part of our house Jared and the crew made everything go without a hitch, well for us at least. Jared had a lot of juggling to do, I am sure! We are soooooo happy with our beautiful and sturdy new deck! We would recommend Regal Mountain Decks to anyone!

Hired to do a concrete patio and retaining wall. What a mistake!!! Should have known from the start when he couldn t stay off the phone long enough to spend more than 5 minutes with us to discuss what we wanted. The concrete pad has several dips and pits, sealed with black footprints in it. The unsightly seam at the retaining wall leaves much to be desired. When he did the final walk through with my mother he told her that the footprints would wear off. I would not recommend this company for anything of quality and his failure to obtain permits and inspections will cause us to redo in order to put a deck back on.

Don't let the company name fool you. Regal Mountain Spas offers home repairs (exterior and interior) and landscaping -- incredible talent. I ended up getting bids for multiple projects. The owner, Jared is professional, friendly and easy to work with and provided prompt detailed bids. First project happened within 2 days of bid acceptance (removal of old fence. Ferrin (sp?) was very pleasant, professional, thorough and completed the project quickly. Love the efficient online, well-documented bids and payment process through PayPal. Looking forward to rest of the projects.
