DRAINS PLUS ROOTER SVC

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had them out to replace a toilet seal and unclog a shower. They evidently couldn't get the drain out of the shower, so they put a hole in the grill without asking--and charged $175 to snake it. Then the toilet they sealed ended up leaking again--and we only found out because we had someone working on a different project in the house. Evidently their toilet seals are only supposed to last for 30 days. So evidently you need to reseal (for several hundred dollars) every month. I tried a phone call to the company and they were highly unhelpful.

I was outraged by the bill total after the work was done.

Great price compared to others out there, great customer service, fast and clean.

Plumber was efficient and knowledgeable about the problem. He was careful with his equipment, covering the floors with protective cloth. After draining the pipes, he ascertained that the job required use of the snake. He went 25 feet into the pipe to unplug the line. He tested the drain repeatedly to be sure all was clear. After the job was finished he cleaned up any water and other messes in my kitchen.

Good.

Upon their investigation, there was a blockage near the septic tank. It only took 5 minutes for them to clear it. I was thankful that it was not the septic tank.

Straightforward and excellent service from first call to completion.

I was slightly frantic as I had water in the basement. I called Drains Plus as I had used them several years before to pumpt my septic tank. That was a good straigthforward experience, too. .
