 + -1 moreWent well as the lift, 40 foot cherry picker, was only rented for two weekends and a week in between. work was done on time and began on time. Four crews worked well together to finish all tasks the head docent for the museum needed done. On budget too. Made no mistakes resulting in lost time events or injuries. The crew performed chores cheerfully and respectfully. When tour groups arrived to view the progress on museum construction and renovation, Jontz cleaned up and made the viewing area and walkways safe for visitors. Then returned to work revived/pleased to perform for an audience. When a pile of fenceposts hindered the work of effective surface prep and painting, after the job, the docents removed the fenceposts and Jontz returned to finish the work on that area.
Description of Work: Jontz Painting aquired approx 60 gallons paint from Sherwin Williams paint store Ames. Iowa. Aquired forty foot lift for surface prep and application of paint to farm bldgs. Worked with carpenters to share the lift for the purpose to tighten clapboards on buildings. Jontz ensured the barn-skin boards were nailed tight to bldg before proceeding with work. Water scraped areas in need of prep work. Used professional grade paint pump and spray rig to apply paint.

The Madrid Historical Society and Helmshaus.com are building an Eduardian museum on the backs of Jontzpainting's fantastic work and accountability.
Description of Work: Owner and crew arrived on time to site survey my case and give me detailed and totally concrete estimate. The estimate was to the family liking and the work started on the scheduled date. The crew was ushered into the rather large work area by the family and by John Jontz with needed supplies tools and equipment. The guys stripped endless Helmshaus.com stained woodwork and wallpaper and smoothed walls using spackle and artist technique. Some work on this fine facility can be seen at http://jontzpainting.cms-loci.com/slideshow in the slide show are many of the tools and conditions that led to eye-popping results the Helms family adores and respects.
