The Handy One

Description of Work: The company is The Handy One, 7018 Del Matro Ave., Windsor Heights, IA, 50324,515-557-0697, Dustin Stevens owner. This is about a kitchen remodel that was started in April 2015 and is still incomplete on this date of 9/19/15. All of this work was done by the man that owns this company and it just became a company July 2015. Much of the work that was done is not right and needs to be redone. He said in a text message he would make it right, but was a no show, no call, no text for 2 recent appointments to discuss his poor workmanship. Has not provided a receipt and charged double what was quoted. Installed a dishwasher and caused a rain shower in the basement because was installed improperly. Floor tile is cracked in one spot, uneven in other areas and in several other spots is loose and the grouting is coming loose. I have numerous pictures of the work. I had a reliable business man that has done other home improvements for me walk through and he will be giving me an estimate of what it will cost to have the job done right. He made the statement no one would accept this type of poor workmanship and that much of the material used is of poor quality.
