Dog Guard

Have used dog guard for an install for 2 dogs a year ago and again this year for training 2 additional dogs. Their products, customer service and technicians are above and beyond amazing. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to install a out of sight fencing.

My Molly was a bit of a challenge but Dog Guard Midwest hung in there until she was safe in our yard. They are prompt, know what they are doing and do it! They have been so patient in training a rather stubborn dog.

Professionalism

Dog Guard was prompt, quickly set up an appointment for me although I live hours away. Their technician looked at my current in-ground fence and explained options. I decided that a new Dog Guard in ground fence was the best option and he quickly installed it on a very hot June day. I feel that I have a dog security system that I can manage and people to contact if I need help.

How easy of a process this was. The customer service is excellent and we could not be happier!

We live out in the counrty but we still get alot of trafic, (cars, tractors and 4 wheelers) My puppy would chase all of them down the gravel road. When they came out to install the underground fence they had me walk around and show them where I wanted it put. After the instalation they took time to train my puppy. While they were training him he only tried to leave the perimiter twice. It has been 4 days since the instalation. He has only tried to cross the perimiter one other time. (He was chasing a rabbit.) He was a little hesitant to leave the porch but I have been walking him around to show him were he could go and that seems to be helping him. I am very pleased with this company and would definitely recommend it to others.

Great work! Tech was on-time and buried the wire. Everything was easy from booking the appointment. I received the email mentioning they will he out and then within a day or two they were out marking my yard. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

We could not be HAPPIER! When I reached out, I received a very quick response and they were at my home within two weeks to install the fence. The customer service is truly amazing! It is so obvious that they care about their work and the families/dogs they serve. Trevor did our installation and he was professional and did amazing when training Dax with the fence. Reilly was very nice. He explained things well. My dogs were not the most well trained but feel with time the fence will definitely be a vital tool . I plan to be outside with them much more which enables me to be. With them and get my yard work done also. Working with Dog Guard has been great! Possibly the best example of company-wide customer service Iâ ve EVER experienced. From my initial inquiry into how the system works, cost, installation and training processes, staff have been extremely responsive and helpful. Bear is an energetic & reactive dog and is very smart. Itâ s taking him a bit longer than ideal to get used to the system but he comes by his nervousness rightfully (from me, Iâ m afraidâ ¦). Dog Guard gave me support and useful tips and heâ s now at the point where he can lay happily in the sun while I work in my garden. Which is exactly why I wanted a containment system to begin with!!

I could not be happier with Dog Guard. Austin got the fence installed super quickly and did a great job training our pup. He was professional and knowledgeable. The whole process took under 3 hours and our dog had already learned the fence and her boundaries by he time he left. You can see the quality in the product and Dog Guard is there if you have any issues. Don't look anywhere else for a dog fence.
