+ 1 moreThe work went as planned and CMS did a great job. I would highly recommend CMS to anyone looking to have any electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work done. Price was reasonable, and it was great to have a stop shop for all of the issues we had, and not have to call independent electrical, plumbing and HVAC staff into the house. CMS was very good at letting us know of proper routine maintenance we should be doing on HVAC, and general maintenance for the house that we need to keep current. CMS also looked at a few other projects that are down the road, and gave good suggestions on the best way to proceed, a bathroom remodel and garage floor drain issues. HIGHLEY RECOMMEND
Description of Work: We recently bought a new home and CMS took care of the major issues that were noted in the inspection plus a few extras. Serviced two furnaces (garage and interior), replaced igniter, and thermocouple. Replaced LP water heater Replaced bad hoses and clamps from well Replaced all plumbing for Kitchen sink Replaced the guts of a bad outdoor spigot (leaking) Installed a recessed outlet in master bedroom for flat screen on wall. Re ran cable and power.
