We offer Vinyl Replacement windows and Patio Doors. These are primarily for replacement purposes, however, we can provide windows and patio doors for new construction as well. We can get any size with any shape with any color combination. We have the buying power of many dealers across the country to maximize savings to the customer without sacrificing quality. All of our windows are backed with a Lifetime Warranty that is transferable. We advertise upfront pricing at an Installed Price.

So far, everything is okay but they're not done yet. They were good. As far as I know, the quote was fine.
Description of Work: We got a quote from America's Best Choice Windows and we've ordered the windows but we haven't got the windows in yet.

We placed the order in March and then about 2 months later they came back and installed the windows. They did a very fine job with the framing and installation and cleaned up very nicely. We went with the lowest cost option for everything as this was going in to a very rundown mudroom/3-season room so it was a huge improvement. We were very pleased and would use them again to replace windows in other rooms of our house.
Description of Work: They removed 5 (old) windows and replaced with 3 bigger windows.

We purchased this house on 9-1-12 and began having issues with the windows within days. There was so much moisture that I had to wipe the glass several times each day and when the wind blew it whistled. I researched different types of windows and found Heartland to be the best on the market. Mark came to the house with a window and literature and before he left I ordered new windows for my house. They had to be special made because of the size. He sent down 4 guys and in one day they removed and installed all of the windows cleaning up after themselves. It was a pretty big job so the next day they came back and finished the outside work. I had a recent back injury so one of the guys came in and installed 3 window treatments for me. The windows are so nice that I just go from room to room and look at them. Then I open and close the windows and look at them again. They slide and lock into place so easy. I could not be happier.
Description of Work: Remove old windows and install new ones on 3-3-13. Complete window wrap on exterior. Clean up inside and out. Hang 3 window treatments.

Installed 7 windows with complete rather than 1/2 screens. Windows: Did an excellent job for installation, but left the stickers on and I still have not been able to remove them completely. Screens: First put on the wrong screens, they reordered the correct screens and installed them. The installation damaged the screens so they were reordered and installed. The windows and screens were ordered in Sept. of 2011, all was finally installed by July, 2012. I considered using them again but I left more than one phone message before they responded. And again we were going to have to wait for the windows.
Description of Work: Installed 7 windows with complete screens.

Response from America's Best Choice Windows
It is correct that the windows were ordered without full screens, we did correct that as soon as we could. One screen had a small rip in it that we replaced. As far as the time frame goes we were not aware of her calling and leaving messages. As soon as we did get the message that she called we scheduled a time to look at her other windows. I showed up at our scheduled time and she didn't even show up. Her husband called her on the phone and I explained to her husband that it would take our normal delivery time of 4-6 weeks to order the windows and get them installed. This timeframe is from the time we order to the time they get installed. She did not find that acceptable and instructed her husband over the phone to tell me that she would go with someone else. To my knowledge she was happy with the windows and that is the reason she wanted us to install more windows. She was not happy with our response time. We at America's Best Choice are very concerned of the quality and response that our customers experience working with us. We have many happy customers and value their business. We tried to service this customer the best that we could.
