At first there was a two month delay to begin work. Then they had to come back twice to finish the originally agreed upon work. They left debris on the driveway that I had to clean up. Unfortunately, they were paid after promising to return with a rope to safely down one last large branch. They never came back.

Very well they were in our neighborhood, so we asked for a quote, we received quote and had the job done while they were in the area. They all seem to enjoy their work and job was done well

Reasonable priced. Delivered exactly what was promised. Communication initially good have been a bit better but overall supremely satisfied.

It went very well. The limb fell during the night on Saturday. I called West Central on Sunday morning. Nick came by that afternoon and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They came to do the work the next day and were done in about two hours. They were very professional, and cleaned up after the job was done. During the work I asked some questions about how they were going to protect the house while they took the limb down. They were very patient, and answered all of my questions. We were very impressed with there work, and plan to have them back to do more work on our trees in the future.

Nick and team do an amazing job. We have used them multiple times and every time they come they are careful in the yard, extremely professional/polite and do a terrific job cleaning up so the yard is in great shape when they leave.
