Description of Work: We hired Wayne Rhiner Plumbing to replace a faucet in the pedestal sink in our powder room. In the process of trying to replace it, the sink ended up on the floor instead of the wall. They maintained that the sink was not installed properly and it was not their fault, however that sink had been on the wall for 26 years and the faucet had been replaced previously with no mishap. They refused to take any responsibility and sent us a bill for the time the plumber was there, even though nothing was accomplished except damage. As a "courtesy" they offered to split the $200 bill they sent us and only charged us $100. So as a result of their visit we had a bill to have the sink reattached to the wall, we had to pay someone to do the original work we hired them to do, and we had an additional bill from them for the time spent at our house resulting in damage to our property.

+ -1 moreThe upstairs bathroom had really poor water pressure. This plumber did an excellent job! He did everything possible, went abobe and beyond to try to save us money on the repair. He finally did have to replace the galvanized pipes. He minimized the damage to the walls, by carefully choosing the area to make the hole, even though it made the work much harder for him. He had to work from the back of the piping, but it saved us having to tear out bathroom tile and then having to hire someone else to retile the bathroom. He even helped me carry out some items to my car!! The work was done in one day and we are thrilled with his service!! On time and did the work as promised. Highly recommend them!
