They are associated with Mayflower Movers. It was an awful experience. They were late. The movers were incompetent and just didn't know what they were doing. Their lead mover was completely disorganized and didn't have the knowledge and skills to do the job. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this. The management was rude and unresponsive when I complained about my experience. Also, they didn't run my credit card when the move was done--they waited 4 months before charging it!
Description of Work: They moved my belongings into storage, because my apartment flooded.

Customer, I don't believe that had the opportunity to speak with you regarding the problems of your move, as this was the first I heard of it. I'm very sorry that there were issues. If we were late that day it couldn't have been more than 5 minutes if we even were. We were told to be there at 9am per your request and we left our warehouse at 8:30. I apologize about your credit card that was an oversight. Normally on weekends we don't accept credit cards because there is no one here to process them. However, we were trying to accommodate you by accepting it. I do know that I had called you 2 or 3 days prior to the card running to let you know what had happened. I apologize for that inconvenience as that normally does not happen. As for the disorganization of the movers, this is the first I have heard of this as well. The lead mover has been here for 2 years and I have, until this point, never received any type of complaint about him. He goes in and does his work. I'm sorry that you feel this way about the move and wish that you would have called and talked to me prior to this point. Sincerely, Dawn Putney Move Coordinator/Office Manager
