At closing April 2, 2014 the following items had not been completed: Air Conditioning installation: Cement work, Front sidewalk and steps and sidewalk connecting driveway to the front door: Final grade and sod. All items where to be completed no later then June 1, 2014 After moving in we have had several small finishing issues, counter top back splash not attached to counter, (not fixed) squeaky floors (fixed) and damaged carpet (replaced). They installed the front sidewalk, steps and walk to the front door and and installed the air conditioning unit (pad mounted). All before grading had been completed. We now have an area in our front yard that in sinking and undermining the driveway, and the air conditioning is slipping down the slop it was set on. They have filled the hole in the front yard once. (it may require require more fill). We have been told that the air conditioner will be mounted to the house. It is starting to lean because it was set on loose fill, and is in the way of final grading. The final grading and sod work was to be completed no later than June 1, 2014 per the contract signed at closing, yet weekly we are told that final grade and sod will happen "next week". Savannah claimed to be doing the final grade and sod based on when the closing occurred "weather permitting" . Today June 4, 2014 the rules where changed and they will do final grade and sod when all the homes are completed. Leaving us with no date for final grade and sod more then two months after our closing date.
