Description of Work: We have used them for replacement windows at our current home and our prior home as well as siding at our current home (I don't believe they are doing siding any longer). They are truly one of the best vendors I have ever worked with for anything and I would recommend them to anyone. They are amazingly responsive - even as recently as a month ago when we had some minor maintenance issues we wanted looked at on one window - they responded and took care of the issue no questions asked.

I was having regrets about the price because it was more expensive than the other two estimates that I had done, but i liked their windows more, since i placed my order I have been reassured that I am making a wise choice....hopefully this is true.

Description of Work: Replaced our front bay window. It was expensive, but worth it. Good product and professional installation.

Description of Work: They replaced all my windows and two sliders in my townhouse. They did an excellent job and I would use them again. Price was not cheap but I feel I got what I paid for. They were easy to talk to about questions and a call back when I needed them.

Description of Work: They replaced 12 windows. The living room has windows 10 feet high. They were easy to work with. Any issues were corrected immediately...and there were not many. Very professional.

Description of Work: They replaced a number of Pella windows that we were having problems with. We did the front of the house which had a large bay window, a three part office window, tall four part windows in the family room, an upstairs bedroom large bay, the laundry room, and a huge window over the front entry along with the front door and side windows. Very professional, true to their word, and nice people to work with. Only down side was that the Anderson windows were a tiny bit off size wise from the Pella windows, and all but one window that was replaced had California shutters - we needed a carpenter to refit them. We recently replaced the remaining Pella windows for the same problems with the seals and moisture ruining the woodwork. We were told that their problem had been corrected, so we went with them for two reasons: 1) they were giving us a price break due to the past problems. 2) and since they assured us the past moisture seal problems had been fixed, we then would not have to have the rest of the shutters redone. On a positive note, the people I talked to at Pella were very nice and helpful, and the delivery was right on time. | If I could do it over, I most definitely would have Anderson do the rest of the windows and just then deal,with the hassle of refitting the shutters. After all these years, we have not had any moisture problems with Anderson, and our three month old new installed Pella windows now have to be wiped along the bottom and partial sides of glass every morning as it either puddles in the wooden frame or I have to scrape ice off the bottom and lower edges so it doesn't melt and soak into the woodwork. We have been both surprised and frustrated as we had Pella windows in another home that was over 25 years older than this house and we never had any kind of problems during all the years we lived there. In all fairness to Pella, we just contacted them a week ago as we had only had them in a couple of months before the weather turned, and we wanted to make sure it was a daily problem and not a fluke . If Anderson Windows is run by the same owners with the same high quality it had when we hired them 3-4 years ago (I need to look up the exact date), then we would highly recommend them . . .and so wished we had for these last few windows, had it not been for the ease of not having to have the rest of the shutters refit and reprinted.

Description of Work: We had a new patio sliding door installed and a large picture window in the living room. Anderson was very professional and the quality of the product is second to none!

Description of Work: 5 windows replaced and one oversized wood patio slider, with wood trim, done over a few years. Went very well, prompt, cleaned up all work areas inside and outside. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: Replaced the door between the house and garage with a ThermaTru wood grained fire-rated fiberglass door. It looks and works great. They previously replaced all our windows and two other exterior doors, and we could not be more pleased with the quality of the installation or the products. If you want the best, this is the place to go.

Description of Work: Renewal by Anderson has replaced every window in our house and last replaced our front door. We needed service for 1 window and and a small door adjustment and they responded quickly and resolved our issue at no additional cost. We are their biggest fans.
