Description of Work: They installed 21 replacement windows and 2 doors. The entire job was first class, as are the products. We later had them back to replace another door.

Description of Work: I plan to use Renewal by Anderson for all of my window and door replacements. I should have used them when I built the house - it would have saved me a lot of money.

Description of Work: Renewal by Anderson replaced all the windows and our front door as well as helping us replace our french doors to our back yard with amazing sliding doors probably at least 8 yrs ago. The replacement of the French doors key, and we were very happy with their recommendations and the work they did. We LOVE the Renewal team and the product. We moved from that house and plan to get news doors, and eventually new windows in our current home.

Description of Work: My wife and I purchased replacement windows for our entire house, including a new edition. We also purchased a new front entry door and sidelight. Renewal by Andersen did all of the installation and finishing. We are very happy with both the product and the workmanship. We most likely could have spent less than we did for similar quality windows, but Renewal was highly recommend by a good friend and we already were aware of their excellent reputation. | |The only aspect of the project that did not go as smoothly as we would like was the finishing of our front entry door. It was installed at the end of June, but the finish wasn't completed until mid-September. This was due to a backlog of finish work that occurred after the company dismissed one of it's two finishers. Since fiberglass doors requires a special finish which is not as easy to apply and match color, it was not an easy matter to find someone to do the work. So while it did take too long to get the door finished, I appreciate that Renewal didn't just sacrifice quality by getting someone less experienced to do the job. In the end, the door looks great and the company was sincerely apologetic for the delay. | |I would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen and while I don't expect to have to buy windows or doors again, I'll certainly use them again if I do.

Description of Work: They have always done a super job. We have used them 5 or 6 times now and have finally replaced all of the Windows on our house. If we add any Windows we would use them again!

Description of Work: They replaced 5 windows in the kitchen. It went well. Date shown is not accurate as I cannot remember the exact date of service nor can I remember the exact cost - not even close.

Description of Work: The workmen were very careful and precise. They even swept out our garage because they wanted it cleaner before they started and then cleaned it again when they were done. They came back on another day to replace caulking around the slider as they weren't satisfied with the color. The new windows are wonderful. Would highly recommend this company.
