We moved to a new house and I liked the windows so well that this is what I wanted so I had them replace them. We had some Pellas but I had them put in everything. It was not Pella. It was original I had put in everything with Andersen. I think they are very professional and they do an excellent job. I think the price compared to Pella and some of the others is far superior. I would definitely recommend them. Everything is too high priced right now but compared to everything else, I think they are giving my money's worth. They cleaned up after themselves, the workers were great, the receptionist was outstanding, she was fantastic, and the owner was good.

It went great. Their customer service is great and they’re just an all around great company. They have quality windows and doors.

It was good. They have a very good service. The inside is beautiful. I remember asking for other companies but I felt they were the best company to go with. The were not the cheapest neither were they the most expensive.

It went fine. I'm pleased with the product and I'm pleased with the way they performed and put it down and clean up. It was not the cheapest but it was okay. Quality was very good.

The quality of these windows is excellect and the Renewal crew is fantastic. On time, very competent and oh so clean. I know one room was cleaner when they left than when they arrived! The guys at Renewal totally stand behind their windows and have tweeked one or two when they had very minor issues. Have replaced all but two windows over period of 7 years and couldn't be happier. Look great and work great too. Craig was our installer and was excellent, as they all have been. Good people.

We had them come out and look. They did a very competent, and professional job giving us an estimate on our windows. To have the service done, it would have been seven hundred and something per window. We had them look at two windows in the basement. They are very professional, personable and seemed very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They gave us the estimate, and followed up on it very well.

We LOVE our Renewal windows! Craig was great to work with and he did a wonderful job installing our windows. He was friendly, polite and very professional. He cleaned up after himself and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend Renewal by Anderson of Des Moines to anyone in the market for new windows.

I used them the first time about four years ago and the last time was about two years ago. They have a real high quality product. They are very quick and neat on the installation.

Renewal by Andersen (Steffes corp) did an AMAZINGLY fantastic job! From start to finish, the job was done professionally, with accuracy and precision as well as attention to detail. The installers (Nate + 2) were friendly and helpful, showing up each day punctually and ready to work. I appreciated having one of the managers (Rob) stop by on the second day of installation to make sure that everything was going well. Bottom line - our house looks incredible! Our existing window oak woodwork (original with the house) was protected and preserved, and everything looks new and gorgeous, without "standing out" awkwardly next to the remainder of the house. The process began by our going to the Renewal store in Valley Junction, where Amanda talked and SHOWED us the process of installation in their very informative showroom. We learned a great deal that other window salesmen (who go door to door) cannot show you. What sold us was talking with Dave Steffes, the owner, who provided research documentation and the perspective of experience, encouraging us to be informed before making a decision. He did not bad mouth other companies, in fact, he provided names of other windows from competitive manufacturers that would be comparable to windows from Andersen. That speaks volumes to me, and after researching, we decided that Renewal would be the best for our situation. We appreciated the "no pressure" approach and Dave's confidence in the task. The entire staff of Renewal is friendly and helpful, and we took advantage of their Cinco de Mayo celebration special - so check them out in April, if it is possible - you won't want to miss having great burgers and hospitality during this Valley Junction festival! SO - truly from start to finish - Renewal by Anderson (Steffes) is the company we would recommend, especially to owners of older homes like ours. We were treated so very well, and we look forward to using Renewal again in the future!

Terrific, neighbors came over to see the windows get set and all express how great the quality is and craftsmanship of the installers is second to none.

Smoothly. They were very polite and responsive. The work was done quickly, with minimum disruption.

Workers were here promptly the morning of the replacements. They were efficient and professional about the job. It was quite chilly that day, but house didn't even get cold during the replacement of a 7ft triple window in the living room. Renewal by Andersen was recommended by a friend who had also had windows replaced by them and was very satisfied.

They are experts at installation and they were very efficient. The installers were pleasant and cleaned up the site.

We were very happy. They came when they said they would, very professional. Good quality material and workmanship. Left the site spotless when finished. Their painter noticed that one of the windows did not seal properly and reported it. They promptly came out and replaced it.

It was a 100 year old window and they put in a new compsite Window, leveling and squaring as they went. Cleaned up after themselves

All went well. The quality of the product and installation were superior. The work crew members were considerate of our floors and cleaned up everything before they left. I will use them again.

It was excellent. Everything about working with Steffe's Andersen Renewal is first rate; professional, dependable, patient, courteous from estimate to installation, it was a very positive experience. If I have any additional home improvement projects in the future that involve windows, I would definitely work with them again. Outstanding in every way--highly recommended.

We had scheduled the repairs on our home to be done late In the fall of course it rained hard for days and pushed back the job. once the weather cleared it was nothing for their crew to tear off the old siding and install insulated siding. The best job is one you hardly remember, that is the biggest compliment I can give any buisness.

The Anderson Renewal people worked with us for about three years because we did the window replacements in several stages. They also replaced the door to our deck. They returned to check out door problems 2 or 3 times, reworking the weatherstripping, and once replacing the whole door. The staff was consistently pleasant and responsive to all of our questions. They also, after a severe hailstorm, replaced a small amount of trim which had been damaged. The windows are very durable and easy to clean. We have recommended Anderson Renewal to our friends and family. We would definitely call them for any future window/door needs.

Advance warning of the fact that the blinds in the old window would not fit - would have been helpful. After installation, the blinds would not go back in due to the added width and depth of the new window. The window, itself is fine.

The sales team was quick with quotes and was agreeable to modifications. Installers were quick and very good. While expensive, I do feel the value is great as they replaced very old windows in an older home. I can now open all of my windows and they no longer leak.
