Description of Work: Anderson did all the windows and then doors in our Beaverdale home. The team was prompt, professional, yet fun to work with. We loved our windows, and their help replacing french doors with a really nice sliding door to the outside was amazing. They were not pushy and they stand by their products. | |We have since moved, but have already asked for a quote for doors in our new house! At some point we will do the windows with the Anderson team.

Description of Work: I have used Renewal by Andersen products, provided by Steffes Corp., since 1994. The team is courteous, knowledgeable, professional, punctual and cares a lot about detail. They are working with a quality products, do not cut corners and explains everything they are doing. The combination of high-quality and high-quality team makes for outstanding experiences for this customer.

Description of Work: They replaced 8 of our windows (six at one time and two later) We had them install double hung windows. |They did an excellent job. We are happy with the window quality and knowing that the windows were manufactured by a highly rated & reputable company. The installation was well done. The installers were very nice, professional, and answered any questions we had that day.

Description of Work: Installed all new windows. Very high quality windows and installation by highly professional crew that cleaned up as they went. But, at a premium price. So, at least, you are paying for what you get.

Description of Work: The locking mechanism broke on our sliding glass door. The came out and fixed it immediately. It was still covered by warranty. They also adjusted the threshold on our front door. It all went smoothly, and they were quite professional. we're happy with their response, their work, and their attitude.

Description of Work: I had 12 windows replaced in my West Des Moines home. The price was a bit higher than vinyl windows but we wanted the oak to match our woodwork and internet searches told us that these windows will last longer than vinyl. The installer, Craig, did an outstanding job. The windows look great and he left my home & yard meticulously clean. I was very pleased with his work. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: They replaced all our first floor window, including a large bay window, the front door frames with windows on each side, plus a huge arched window over the front door/side window area. |They showed up when they said they would, were organized so everything went smoothly, were respectable in our home, were local WDM men, did not leave any kind of a mess - inside or outside. They are a local business with well trained employees. We would most certainly have them return or recommend them to friends. Plus, there were very nice people to work with!
