Everything was great with them.

The most important question I could ask myself is: Would I hire them again? .....I can say without reservation, yes we would! We first met Ben to discuss refacing our kitchen. This idea was soon replaced by our cabinet manufacuturer who replaced our doors and drawers. Ben and his staff aided us in renewing and updating our 1998 kitchen to a 2012 kitchen. Our project required a great deal of coordination with our cabinet manufacturer who had provided us with replacement doors and drawers on a warranty claim. Ben, stepping into our kitchen issue sort of mid-stream, did a great job working on our behalf with the manufacturer. His designer did a great job finishing the design improvements that had been illustrated by my wife, and the designer worked quickly and efficiently in helping finalize materials for the job.Once the work started, Ben and his team of craftsmen did an outstanding job on all the finish carpentry, tile work, electrical and additional lighting that we chose. Their crew was always on time, courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. You could tell that they enjoy their work, their boss and their clients. Linda and I have built 3 houses in our marriage and those are qualities that we always have looked for in contractors and these guys didn't miss a beat. The end result is a kitchen that Linda and I enjoy more and more each day. We are so glad we did this, and so glad we had Ben Trannel and Case Handyman & Remodeling do the work.

I had them rebuild a window sill for me.

I did not use them. My experience with them was fine and they did a good job. I cannot say that there was anything that I disliked about them in particular. They were very professional, well dressed and respectful. In the future, I would possibly ask them for a quote but I cannot say that I would use them.

Handyman - Steve Ford - 208-9694 - who responded to my home the next day. He diagnosed the issues that I was having - submitted a plan on how to deal with the issues - and was hired to perform the tasks. He performed the work above and beyond my expectations and was a true credit to his craft and to the term "handyman" in general. I will, and have, recommended, Steve to all of my friend's and contacts who need handyman services and HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM to anyone looking for quality, timely and professional work. Steve has definitely restored my faith in the small business community.

Overall, it went very well as the timing and price estimates were met. It was a 5 week project that involved demolition, clean-up, re-routing of the plumbing and wiring that had been behind the bulkhead, then installation of new materials. They were pretty much on schedule start to finish, kept us apprised of the progress, and were very good on the communication front. The contract was very detailed but even so, there was still a very slight misunderstanding as to what was included (on our part) as options with the cabinets. Even though it was our misunderstanding, Case provided the items at issue as a good faith remedy. The project was at times very dusty and dirty. They took measures to minimize the mess and inconvenience daily. We were without use of our kitchen for most of 5 weeks and they did what they could to make things accessible to us each evening. We were impressed with the way they cleaned up after themselves each day. They used various subcontractors (painting, floor installation, electrical, plumbing) and they were all very professional. We didn't have to worry about who we had working in our home. Case has an employee who specializes in design. She (Emily) was very helpful as there were many questions where we had choices to make and did not know which way to go. Her expertise was very valuable on decisions we made as far as color schemes, floor material (bamboo), countertops (granite), sink, faucet, etc. She also met with us at various supply stores and helped with selections in person on multiple occaisions.. All the Case employees were friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable as to this project. It was clear that they were very experienced and knew what they were doing. Case owner Ben Trannel was involved all along as the project progressed and was very available for any questions that came up. He is also very experienced in this field. We have and will continue to recommend Case to our friends for remodel projects.

We have used Case Handyman service in the past for small repairs inside the house. I called Ben for a quote for replacing 3 large windows. He arrived with a designer to measure. I requested Pella windows. Within a week he had a quote for a good price. He then returned for followup measurements. The first estimate of delivery was Sept. 1st, however, that was changed to Sept. 22nd. Pella Windows delivered the windows to my home on the 21st and the installers arrived at 8:15 to start work. They finished at 4:30 after a beautiful job of installation.

So far it has been great. The owner Ben has been really good with scheduling and with managing the whole project amongst the different people. They are framing out the basement wall also. Price wise they have been a little bit more expensive. As for responsiveness the owner has been very good at co-ordinating everything for us especially with me and with the subcontractors who are coming in to do the work. They are very good at showing up on time and letting me know what their plans are so that I can plan around that as well. All of them who have come in really answers your questions and do a really good job. I will use them in the future.

Work began with a talented home designer helping to guide us and the keepiing within budget. Once work was started it became evident that the cabinets were more of a problem that first anticipated. Case took the time and effort to do it right.

Ben gave me a schedule of what would happen each day, this was great so I could plan my day accordingly. The project was even completed a couple days ahead of schedule. I appreciated throughout the process how everyone cleaned up after themselves. Ben and his team were able to take my vision and make it even better. I would definitely use them again for any future work that I want to have done. Everyone was prompt, prefessional, and courteous. Throughout the process if I had any questions Ben or his team were quick to respond. They are very customer focused. You couldn't ask for a better team.

His name was Ben. He charges $85 per hour. It went fine but the hourly rate is too high for me to use as a rule. I would use him again if I could afford it.

The project began within a short time frame from the decision as per my wish. The schedule was established carefully to maximize the least disruption and "down time" to the kitchen (which I appreciated and hadn't thought that much about). There were only a few delays due to unforeseen hurdles, but otherwise they were on task. I was well informed about what to expect, given a project timeline, and Ben contacted me when there were issues or hurdles to overcome. There were a few days delay, but nothing that was totally unexpected. I even added a few items and changed a few items along the way (which they assured me was common), but they patiently worked through all oft he changes and updated estimates. I'm a perfectionist - they were too when it came to matching crown molding with a custom molding they had made to match. I did have to have the cabinets re-painted as the first painting had a "chemical peel" type reaction that was corrected on the re-paint. They have a designer available to help make selections, but I like to choose my own, and was assisted as needed by their suppliers. It didn't always go perfectly... but the difference is that they listened to my concerns and immediately addressed any issues or questions I had, so there was really no room for any dis-satisfaction. They were responsive, and responded to after hour e-mails or calls so that I was in touch with their operations. The finished projects are a gorgeous kitchen and powder room that added immediate updating value to my home without a complete overhaul. They are a solid and trustworthy group. They really went above and beyond to make sure that it was all taken care of, so of course the next time I need to remodel or have a handyman come over for a few of those items, I know who to call!

Excellent. I'll be attending a Case remodeling "seminar" for future projects in either my current townhome or future residence.

The project went very smoothly. Jeremy and Ben had purchased all supplies in advance. Jeremy got to work and finished the project on time and budget. Case provided us outstanding customer service. Jeremy is a great craftsman and takes great pride in his work. I would highly recommend Case for any project big or small. I have a growing list of things we will need done this fall. I look forward to working with them again.

From the start the owner, Ben, was very informative and professional. He explained the different options for windows and really helped with our decision for placement. The window was ordered and the work was completed within a few weeks. The project took less than two days. We were amazed! The window looks like it has always been a part of the room. We couldn't be happier and we're looking forward to hiring Case for more remodeling projects.

The company's owner discussed the plan in detail with us prior to starting the project. He listed closely to our ideas and made a careful plan for completion of the two projects. He explained our options clearly and listened to our opinions. His workmen were punctual and very professional. Their skills and the quality of their work were outstanding. Despite installing drywall in our attic, they left each day with hardly a trace and completed the job exactly on time. We could not have asked for better service. We plan to use them again for future projects.

We designed it and built it inside of two weeks. The actual construction project took 2 days. I love the fact that the crew showed up with all the materials and worked until it was completed. No goofing off, no running for stuff they forgot, etc. They seemed very organized and were very businesslike.
