Rachel and Eddy Cleaning Services

I called them on Saturday, and my house was spotless by Monday evening. My wood blinds look excellent, the glass doors are shining inside and out, my appliances look almost new again! They went above and beyond even wiping down the trash can and other furniture, taking out the trash, and even cleaning above/behind the fridge and oven. They asked me to make sure I was satisfied before they left. Amazing job!

They always do a very through job cleaning. Hired them to clean after an extended trip, and they cleaned the house better than I do (and I do try to clean regularly), so I have continued using them monthly to keep things in shape. Sometimes they don't arrive at the expected time, but they always show up and stay as long as it takes to get the job done.

Rachel and Eddy are both wonderful people who are kind, consistent, and reliable. They keep our house clean and comfortable. They are easy to communicate with and do a great job meeting our expectations. Anyone would be lucky to work with Rachel and Eddy.

I hired Rachel and Eddy to clean my home and get it ready to sell. Their crew did an outstanding job and obviously took pride in their work. Eddy even showed me before and after pictures of hard to reach areas such as behind the range so I could see that it was just as clean as the rest of the house. Would hire again!

I had a tenant move out of an apartment and left it dirty and not move-in ready, with a new tenant scheduled to move in the next day. Rachel and Eddy were able to work with me last minute to get the apartment cleaned and ready to go.

The crew was prompt, polite, and hard working. There was a problem with the air conditioner and they worked very hard and were good sports about it although it was HOT in the house. They even cleaned things I wouldn't have thought to clean, like window screens and ceiling fan blades (though maybe that says more about my housekeeping...) in any case, we'd gladly and enthusiastically recommend them and use their services again!

We are very pleased with Rachel and Eddie Cleaning Service and will continue to use them for our housecleaning needs. They consistently do a great, thorough job.

One bathroom was cleaned very well - other one not. It appeared a couple rooms were not done at all with grass clippings still on carpet. I assumed he would come back and rectify the problem, however, that didn't happen.

They did a good job, I signed up for them to come again. A couple of gentleman came. I had six hours of cleaning done. They did a fine job, but the only problem is getting the time set up for them to get here. We had a time set up and then they came an hour or two after the time, then it was to late and they would stay. I think went 3 times before we actually got them to come. Eddy is the one that came and he had john with him. They worked hard, they did a good job when they were here. They were polite, they were apologetic. They did a good job. As for as their work went it was fine, it was just trying to get them here. I had not ever had it done before, I thought it was a little pricey. After listening or hearing others that maybe their in the range of what other charge, I think. Since I was waiting for him to respond to me since that is what he said he was going to do, I'll give them a D. They're good workers. My microwave is up high, I personally can't reach it any more. It was looking pretty nasty inside and I don't know what he did or how he did it but when he left it looked like I just bought it. It was really nice and clean in there.

We have used Rachel and Eddy for over 2 years cleaning our home and they do an excellent job. If you are looking for a cleaning compay they are the best. We appricate their attention to detail and not just trying to get out of their quickly. We have two shedding dogs and it's truly amazing the work they do. Give them a call you will be glad you did. They are very pleasant and they almost always clean while we're gone so we really trust them. They have been very flexible with our schedules as well.

I had a appointment for today that was confirmed in written by email and text. They called the morning of and said they couldn't come for a least a week. They refused to try to find any time this week Tuesday- Friday, and then he proceeded to yell at me saying he didn't know we lived in the country. He has out exact address to where we lived, when confirmed he said that was fine.

Attention to detail was fantastic. They were a bit late showing up, but they also stayed well after the contracted time to make sure we were happy with the work. We are going to hire them again to do a deep clean on a new property we're buying.

Arranging an appointment was a problem. There were car problems and last minute changes several times. Too much headache.

I set up an appointment with the provider, they verified that they would be there, but they never came. I contacted the company and they told me they didn't know anything about it and that they would have to come and do an estimate first. They seemed pretty clueless about what was going on and I ended up having to request a refund from Angie's List and do the work myself.

Rachel and Eddy showed up on time and ready to work. We had a lot of deep cleaning required that I would suspect the "average" cleaning company would balk at or charge a premium for...not so with Eddy and Rachel, we created a mutually beneficial agreement that made us all happy. They worked hard and used their own supplies. They were respectful, gave every evidence of being trustworthy, and sought to make sure we were very happy with the results. There was a mixup on our second appointment, so I dinged them a little for punctuality, but that is nothing compared to the good work at a reasonable price they performed in my book. I am pretty new to Angie's List, so this experience made me a believer. These folks deserve a great rating and I hope it results in more business for them.
