Rachel and Eddy Cleaning Services

At first, we had trouble getting an appointment nailed down but the owner took care of that after the missed appointment and cleaned free of charge. He apologized for not making it over and promised it wouldn't happen again. The next time I booked them they showed up on time on the day they were scheduled and did a great job. Very thorough cleaning and detailed as well.

Rachel and Eddy are excellent at the detail work involved in deep cleaning. I would definitely hire them again, and have referred them to my church. They are delightful people, as well.

Rachel & Eddie Cleaning Service arrived with 3 individuals who deep cleaned my home for 2 hours. I thought that they did a thorough job and I would hire them again.

After a glitch in scheduling, they showed up the next day and did a fantastic job, staying longer than the offer was stated.

The one time I spoke with someone on the telephone; the gentleman sounded very unprofessional and asked that I text him instead. I then texted the number with the information requested. My message went unreturned for over a week, so I contacted the merchant again. The individual then confirmed an appointment, and that was the last contact I had with the company. They failed to confirm the cleaning appointment closer to the actual date, did not show for the apointment, and failed to reply to messages after the missed appointment. Very unprofessional at all stages.

Great! They were very thorough, worked steadily and kept focused. When I smelled bleach in the air in the kitchen, I knew they were for me. All hanging lights were dusted and extra things like that. We had a mild problem in the toilets but after they were cleaned by them, the mold is totally gone. I've hired them to clean three times and into the New Year.

Very well. They are professional and hard workers. I have been very pleased with the results. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Rachel and Eddy are the best house cleaners I've ever used. They have been cleaning my house for a year now and have consistently been top notch. Every time they leave I am impressed by the job they did. They have cleaned my home, and a duplex I own. There they did a fantastic job getting the duplex cleaned, windows washed, and carpets cleaned after tenants moved out. They go above and beyond every visit, and I'm extremely happy with their service. Also, they are kind people who I enjoy seeing every two weeks. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are the best.

I needed house cleaning done for an open house on a very short notice. Rachel and Eddy came at 7 pm and did a very nice job. Not many people do their job with pride like they do. I appreciated that they came to help me out even though they were already at the end of their work day. I would recommend them for your cleaning jobs.

I do think they are very capable of doing a good job cleaning, but for us it took quite a few tries to get them scheduled. The service was performed on August 16. I found them very slow. Although we do have a large house, they were only able to complete half of the job and used more than the 6 hours to do so.

Just a quick note to say that I purchased 6 hours of cleaning (2 people for 3 hours) with the intent to have my kitchen and bathroom deep-cleaned. Our home is 990 sq. feet (and I still can't keep up!) and it took them the entire tire to clean. The reality is, if you want a deep clean that takes time! I share this so others may plan accordingly when purchasing services. My kitchen appliances look new, the walls, cupboards, etc, were washed down, and my floor is no longer sticky from the contact traffic of dogs and kids. The bathroom was shining and Rachel was able to remove some stubborn stains from who only knows what! One of my biggest surprises was when Rachel starting cleaning up our wood floors! The house looks great and was the kick in the pants I needed to get a few other areas of the house organized! Eddy asked me to inspect the house before they left to ensure I was happy. Rachel and Eddy are a very nice couple and seem to work well together.

They did an awesome job on cleaning my home. They were on time and even texted me to let me know that they would be there for our scheduled appointed time. They work great together and are a very pleasant couple to have in your home. My home not only looked and smelled clean and fresh but had a "happy" feel to it when they finished. I think this is because Rachel and Eddy enjoy what they do. I was completely satisfied with their service. I will definitely be using them again and I highly recommend them.

This was a big deal purchase. I think it is me. I don't know what to expect on a day-to-day basis when people come to clean. He cleaned really, really well. What she cleaned she cleaned well, but she was not as thorough with her dusting and cleaning. When they got ready to leave they told me that my house needs a deep cleaning, which I know is true. They were very good and thorough in what they did and I really like them as a person. I just want more deeper cleaning done than they do on a normal cleaning like they did. Let's just say they did a very good job. They came when we wanted them to so they were timely. I think their price is excellent. I think they need to re-word what they say because the $97 for two hours was for two people.

First of all they were supposed to be there at noon and we got a call saying they wouldn't be there till around four and then I got no more calls but they showed up at seven that evening. I told them that was unacceptable that's too late. I originally told them I had to have it done at that day because we had something important going on the next day. So then I scheduled them for the 19th of May at 9:30 in the morning and they showed up between 930 and 10. I also ask them when I made the first appointment if I could get extra time and they told me no and I was willing to pay extra I could get an extra hour and they told me no which I don't understand I was willing to pay extra. Anyway onto the cleaning I read the reviews and thought that was pretty good but when They got done it was just so-so. They were quite slow and didn't even finish my main level which is only 2000 feet. I will say they are very nice people though

Rachel and Eddy did an amazing job! I would definite recommend them and hire them again. My house has never looked so good. I routinely clean but not the things they did, as listed above. I was there for a while as they cleaned then went out and came home to the best house! They are competitively priced, friendly, prompt and courteous.

It was difficult to schedules time with them, but we finally found an agreeable time. Eddy and another worker came. They did a very fine job. They even stayed longer than the2 hours to finish the job. This service is very, very good. I recommend it for anyone who needs a good home cleaning.

There was a LOT of wood to be polished. (It took three people 4 hours to complete the job.) The crew included Eddy and they were all hard workers. The job was done very well. Eddy personally inspected the areas done by his staff and in a couple of spots he redid the job to get it perfect. Everything was done neatly and no mess was left behind. The only criticism we have is that Eddy and the team were late to start even though we had discussed the need to be on time because so many reviews on Angie's list stated the same problem. But at least, when about 20 minutes late, Eddy texted that they were on the way. So, in total, our evaluation would be GREAT JOB, but you need to have patience on starting time.

The three of them arrived and went right to work. I never saw one of them standing around or now working in the 4 1/2 hours they were in our house cleaning. They did a superb job and the house was the cleanest I have ever seen it when they left. I had a few things I wanted them to do when they were done. Without one second of hesitation they did the little jobs I requested to finish up with a smile on their face. They really go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. I will have them back.

Eddie and Rochwllw worked efficiently and with very high quality. They were both very kind and added an extremely high level of professionalism to their work. Tables and shelves were dusted, bathrooms and kitchens were disinfected, carpets, hard wood floors were vacuumed and swept. A fresh smelling house with a semblence of order emanated from the newly cleaned house. Eddie and Rochelle were honest, and can be trusted when working alone and independently in the house while the home owner is away. Working around a family's busy schedule to achieve a clean home, Rochelle and Eddie are reliable with their designated time to come and flexible in terms of coordinating a cleaning time. Rochelle and Eddie did a splendid job in our home and we will have them come to our home again!

Very professional service. They made an extra effort to accommodate our schedule for a last minute cleaning before we hosted a party. We will definitely use them again.
