PAINTING PROS

The project did not go well from the beginning. The painters were not able to produce quality work that we expected. Attention to detail was lacking in nearly every aspect of their work. The ability to plan the work and implement the plan was not evident. There seemed to be little communication between the management level and painters. Certapro respectfully listened to our concerns and did and quot;fixand quot; some of the areas of concern; however, because of the initial poor performance, I declined to have them even attempt some of the more significant deficits related to workmanship. In the end, I refused to pay for the and quot;labor costs,and quot; but did agree to pay for the paint that was used. In summary, the painters were friendly and worked while they were in our home; however, they were not and quot;craftsmanand quot; and the end product was not acceptable to us.

The price was good. The quality was average. In the timeliness, they were slow in pacing. They didn't seem to have enough painters. One guy did the whole thing and it took him like 9 days. They didn't go back to do quality control. He was there on time.

The crews were quick, courteous, and friendly, and did a good job. I didn't give an "A" in quality because there were a few spots that they oversprayed onto other surfaces, but we were looking for a job done quickly, and they came through.
