I love helping people buy and sell real estate and I love running my own business and meeting new people. I earned my license in 1993 and have been a full-time Realtor since. Real estate is a service business. I am here to share my years of experience and knowledge to help my clients weave thru the legalities, negotiations, current market conditions, and what makes a great home to buy and how a home will sell quickly and for the most money. I have been so blessed to have worked for many clients that I now consider friends. They truly are my definition of success. Personally, I was born and raised in Des Moines. After living in Los Angeles and Seattle for a number of years, I moved back home to help my aging parents. It was a very blessed circle of life decision and one that I will never regret. I stumbled upon real estate and realized this was the perfect career for me. My business was mine to create, I could be very successful, or not so much. The decision was mine to make. I have been extremely blessed with this wonderful career that I work as a business and treat as my family. I love this quote: "The harder you work, the luckier you get." Very true indeed. My favorites things to do when not working? Traveling, cooking, any and all outdoor sports and watching my daughter show her Arabian horses nationally!
