It went really well. Iowa Mold gave me a fair estimate based on my research. Iowa Mold was available immediately for service. They were prompt for the estimate meeting and the remediation services. Excellent clean-up.

Great, fast friendly

We had a mold problem and decided to hire Iowa Mold Removal for the remediation. The work itself went smoothly and I believe the work itself was even done well. I do however have a major issue with the conduct of one of their agents, Bryan, when he called me 6/29. This guy just came into the call with his hair on fire and asking why I hadn't paid yet. His conduct there was completely unprofessional and utterly unreasonable considering the invoice for the work wasn't even due until 7/4; one month from the day we signed the contract. The man proceeded to threaten me with putting a lien on the house, charging me late fees, and lecturing me about what an awful person I am. His tone was downright aggressive and he let loose more than one f-bomb during the call. Even if I was late making payment, which I was not, his conduct was completely out of line and I cannot recommend a business that allows someone like this on their staff.

They never showed up!

I was so anxious to work with this company, especially during this 2020 pandemic!! BUT Vince was GREAT!! He got everything started right away, did all the work with the insurance company, supervised the work, his team did a great job cleaning up after themselves, they were done with the tear out and mold cleanup in 24 hours, AND Vince made sure we had a contractor lined up to remodel the kitchen after his part was done. My husband and I were devastated when we found out there had been a slow leak in the wall for year and thought it was going to be a nightmare to repair-but Iowa Mold Removal took care of everything! I highly recommend!!

This company and staff are absolutely amazing. They made a painful project as easy as it could be. The process was done very quickly and efficiently and had great follow up after the work as well. Thanks to Vince, Daniel and coworkers!

This is the best company I have interacted with for this service. They did everything I needed from the evaluation to the demolition and rebuild of the basement. The communication between the workers and client is phenomenal. They make sure everyone is on the same page on what to expect every step of the way. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and in a way we could understand. They provide very fair pricing for the quality of service they provide. They keep the area clean as they work and make sure to clean up well at the end of the day as well. They are very knowledgeable and keep the clients' health and safety as a priority, and is very considerate of your time. They listen and help come up with a solution to resolve the issue that fits your situation and keeps your interests in mind. We were initially scheduled to start work a week after he actually ended up getting us in. I felt very comfortable hiring them to complete the work and I would highly recommend them going forward.

The service was very good, very quick, he help with fans that he brought with him. We brought the carpets out, and he help us with the big fans to dry out the basement floors.

We called Vince and he came to our home about 2 hours later. He checked out our entire basement with an infrared camera. We were delighted to hear that what we thought was mold was NOT mold. He told us how to clean it up, then we asked him to check a spot in an upstairs room. Again, NOT mold. We were so relieved to have this same-day inspection at a time when much of the metro area is clamoring for services after torrential rains. Vince was very professional, and even complimented us on how well we'd dried out our basement following a four-inch storm sewer backup. Next time we have a suspected mold problem, we'll definitely call IA MOLD REMOVAL--that's how it's spelled on Vince's business card. Vince gave us peace of mind during a stressful time. We'll sleep well tonight, thanks to Vince at Iowa Mold Removal.
