+ -1 moreI'm grateful. Things are not always correct the first time - they have always been willing to "make it right." For instance, we ordered a large glass shower enclosure door with three hinges. It arrived with just two hinges, which was standard at the time. Our door was wider than usual. They redid the work, no questions asked.
Description of Work: Most recently replaced an insulated window with a broken seal, in a steel door. The window had not been designed by the manufacturer to be replaced, but we could not find a matching replacement door. They did a good job improvising a solution at a reasonable price. Also, they've installed several mirrors and shower enclosures in recent past, and as long as 10 years ago.

+ -1 moreI really appreciated Tracy's professionalism and knowledge. A custom piece of tub glass is pretty expensive. I appreciated the workmanship by the installers, as well. One of the mirrors had a small chip that "bugged" me every time I came in the room. They replaced it without question.
Description of Work: Placed two bathroom mirrors as well as a custom glass tub shield as part of a remodel.
