Description of Work: Went awesome. We had water in the basement and they immediately took me outside and showed me the likely source of the issue, which was something I could take care of myself for free with some clean up. Very honest and professional. Very fast.

Description of Work: The company was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate. They were at my house within 7 days of the web site request. Very professional and personable. I am getting 2 more quotes from other companies but those companies are 3 weeks to 5 weeks out in even getting an estimate to me. Chances are I will go with this company just because they were responsive and exceeded my expectations in getting to my house and talking with me about the solution to my water issues in my basement. I will write again once I have decided how to proceed.

Description of Work: They installed a full drainage system in the basement of our 80-year-old house. So far, so good. It's been 6 months, and no water in the basement at all. They helped us work around some old house issues, get in touch with a plumber to have a sump pump installed and really used common sense on our project - they didn't just try and sell us as much as they possibly could. They did the work that made the most sense for our situation.

+ -1 moreI have contacted several companies to do my basement waterproofing. After getting 4 different quotes, I have decided to go with this company. I thought the service man was very professional, their waterproofing system seems excellent, and the price was reasonable. I have scheduled with them to have the work done in late November. I will update this when the job is done. So far though, I'm very excited to be working with this company. The job is done and I'm extremly happy with this company. The job was done quickly once started and they guys working on my home were nice, respectful, and did a great job. Although jack-hammering cement is a dusty job, they even did a good job of cleaning up when they were finished. I was so happy that I asked this company to give me a quote to finish the whole basement now that I know it is going to stay dry.
Description of Work: Install a tile and drainage system around the perimeter of the basement with sump pump.
